De staat van deze Patek Philippe is werkelijk zeer goed. Het horloge is meer dan zestig jaar oud en de vorige eigenaar (of eigenaren) is er erg zuinig op geweest. Waar de wijzerplaten van deze horloges nogal eens plekjes vertonen, is deze wijzerplaat in bijzonder goede staat. De wijzerplaat heeft een prachtige minutenmarkering en de wijzers zijn zogenaamde ‘Dauphine hands’. Het kruis van de decentrale secondewijzer ligt iets verdiept in de wijzerplaat. De doorlopende of overlappende kastpoten zijn een bijzonderheid op zich. Bijzonder fraai gemaakt en het merk absoluut waardig. Het uurwerk, caliber 12-400, moet met de hand opgewonden worden. Nogmaals, de details zijn prachtig.
Op basis van het uittreksel dat we hebben aangevraagd bij dit horloge, is het horloge geproduceerd in 1955 en op 15 augustus 1957 verkocht. Er staat helaas niet bij vermeld waar dit horloge destijds is verkocht.
We zijn trots dat we met regelmaat mooie horloges van misschien wel het meest gerenommeerde horlogehuis ter wereld Patek Philippe, in onze collectie hebben. U kunt deze bij ons in de winkel maar ook op onze website aanschouwen. De mogelijkheid om de foto’s uit te vergroten geeft u alle gelegenheid de horloges nauwkeurig te bestuderen. U als liefhebber weet dat oudere horloges niet smetteloos zijn.
