Deze prachtige geelgouden Calatrava met blauwe wijzerplaat is een plaatje om te zien. Uitgevoerd met een automatisch uurwerk en ‘Sigma dial’ dus geelgouden wijzers en indexen. U weet wellicht dat je bij Patek Philippe een uittreksel uit hun fabrieksarchief kunt opvragen. Met een beetje mazzel, geeft het uittreksel aan wanneer het betreffende horloge is geproduceerd en wanneer het horloge is verkocht. Soms met de toevoeging waar het horloge ooit is verkocht.. Voor de meeste horloges van Patek Philippe in onze collectie hebben we een dergelijk uittreksel opgevraagd. Zo niet, dan kan dat altijd nog gebeuren.
Dit horloge is door de servicepartner van Patek Philippe (Chronotech) geserviced, waardoor we het horloge met originele servicepapieren leveren. De diameter van het horloge is een respectabele 34 mm. Ondanks het automatische uurwerk is het horloge vrij plat zodat het fijn op de pols past. De Calatrava is misschien wel het meest bekende (en misschien ook wel verkochte) model van Patek Philippe. Eenvoudig, maar krachtig van design. Altijd voorzien van een prachtig, kwalitatief uitstekend uurwerk. Jammer dat het horloge geen glazen achterdeksel heeft, want het uurwerk is fijn om te kunnen bewonderen.
