Tank mini 18k diamant

Diamonds are forever!

Een van de grootste successen van Cartier is de Tank. In 1917 ontworpen  in opdracht van het Franse leger en als eerste uitgereikt aan een Amerikaanse generaal, opperbevelhebber van de Amerikaanse troepen gelegerd in Frankrijk. Dit was een prototype, de officiële productie kwam in 1918 op gang. Doordat de stalen band erg veel weg had van de rupsband van een tank, werd de naam nog toepasselijker.

Elegantie van de bovenste plank! Er zijn vele superlatieven die toepasbaar zijn op dit schitterende horloge. Gemaakt van solid 18 karaats geel goud en voorzien van een quartz uurwerk. De diamanten in de kast zijn officieel door Cartier gezet. Cartier gebruikt alleen de hoogste kwaliteit, gekozen door de beste diamantairs. De steen moet van een bepaalde kleur zijn, kleurloos tot aan lichte kleur. Ook de helderheid valt in de hoogste categorie, zonder insluitsels tot VVSI(very very small inclusions). In elke land is een organisatie die diamanten goed moet keuren, zo ook de diamanten van Cartier. Zij vallen onder de noemer van goed tot excellent.

Excellent is een mooie omschrijving van deze mini-tank. Excellente diamanten, excellent 18 karaats geel goud, excellent design, etc. Kortom een excellent sieraad voor een excellente vrouw!
