This Jaeger-LeCoultre table clock is part of the Memovox range, meaning it features an alarm function. The backside shows two crowns, one for winding and setting the main movement. A second one is for winding and setting the alarm. This, of course, implies the alarm function is driven by its own spring, not taking any charge from the time-displaying mechanism. The alarm is clear and loud, so this beautiful timepiece will not let you oversleep.
The design of this 60’s table model is clean and sharp. The off-center dial and its glossy bezel are surrounded by a 50mm housing with an elegant brushing pattern, giving the design its dynamic appearance. A sturdy foldout stand means this little clock will feel at home on your nightstand as much as on your office desk.
