Cartier was het eerste juwelen merk ter wereld. Befaamd om de exclusieve ontwerpen en de juwelier van koningshuizen over de hele wereld. Niet alleen toen maar ook zeker ook nu nog. Denk aan onze koningin Maxima en van het Engelse koningshuis is ook Kate Middleton een groot fan van het merk Cartier.
Cartier heeft door de jaren heen verschillende lijnen geproduceerd, Het begon allemaal in 1904 met de Cartier Santos, gemaakt in opdracht van vliegenier Albert Santos-Dumont. 2 jaar later werd de eerste Tonneau gemaakt. En uit die lijn komt dit prachtige horloge met met een bijzonder elegante kastvorm. Alle typische kenmerken van Cartier zijn zichtbaar. De Romeinse index, geblauwde wijzers en de blauw saffier in de kroon. Wat dit sieraad bijzonder maakt is dat de kast gemaakt is van 2 kleuren 18 karaats goud, wit en geel. Dit geeft een verfijnde uitstraling en perfect te combineren met andere sieraden. Het uurwerk wordt met de hand gewonden en is technisch in orde gemaakt door onze horlogemaker. De lederen band wordt gesloten met een 18 karaats gouden vouwsluiting.
