We all know and love the JLC Reverso. Of course, possibly the first sports watch in history. Designed for Polo players so they could reverse the delicate crystal-side of the watch and expose a more solid metal plate during games. Today, the classical design has matured into something different. What was once considered sporty is now very much a dress watch. And since it is now a dress watch, why not go for a couple of complications and a solid 18k rose gold case?
On offer here is an example with a moonphase indicator, power reserve indicator and night & day indicator. A lot of information, elegantly laid out on the familiar Reverso dial. And since you will not be taking this beauty out playing Polo, JLC ditched the solid caseback and put the beautiful movement on prominent display. This might leave you with a tough decision: do you want to know the time or would you rather stare at the stunning caliber? Luckily, you still have your other wrist for a second watch…right?
