Sea Hunter

Bulova nu onderdeel van werd opgericht in 1875 door Jospeh Bulova. In 1923 veranderde de naam in Bulova Watch Company. Zij waren een van de eerste merken die door manier van adverteren de Amerikaanse markt bereikte. Al gauw kwamen er 2 vestigingen in New York.

‘At the tone, it is 8 o’clock, Bulova watch time’, dit schalde uit de radio in 1926. Bulova claimt de eerste te zijn die adverteerde op de radio en ook de eerste te zijn met een tv commercial. In 1941 voor een honkbalwedstrijd hadden zij de primeur…homerun!

Duikershorloges zijn van toolwatch voor professionele duikers in de jaren 50/60 uitgegroeid tot een statement voor om de pols. Ook deze Bulova Sea hunter met zwarte glossy wijzerplaat, typisch jaren 80. Duidelijke afleesbaar door de grote tritium driehoekige index, met als tegen accent een rode secondewijzer.

De kast is een typische duikerskast, geïnspireerd op de alom bekende Squale kast. Super domed plexiglas wat het horloge dat exotische eigenzinnige uiterlijk geeft.
