Heuer Autavia ref. 73363

The Heuer Autavia, the first chronograph with rotating bezel.

This Heuer has a traditional sporty style, with its black panda-style dial and minute-counter bezel. The white subregisters have aged towards a more off-white colour giving it a vintage look. The red hands and red endings of the indexes make the watch look more exciting. Heuer was the first brand to ever put a rotating bezel on a chronometer, which made the brand and this model specifically more popular and collectable.

The tonneau-shaped case looks good and fits well on the wrist, the Guy des Freres bracet fits it perfectly. The tritium on this dial is original and shows some age. However, the overall wear on this watch is minimal, the corners on the bezel are still very sharp as well.

Heuer chronographs are a very specific market and this is defenitily an interesting option when buying one. Visit our store and enjoy a cup of coffee when we tell you more about Heuer precision watches.

With over two decades of experience in vintage watches, we have developed an eye for great quality and great stories. Because we believe every vintage watch tells a story through its unique design, history and patina. A vintage watch is a time-traveling device in that sense. A practical item for daily use, that connects us to something bigger than ourselves at the same time. At AWCo, we are a diverse team of watch experts, each with their own niche interests and expertise. From history buffs to tech geeks and style gurus, we all approach this beautiful passion from different angles. We operate under the mantra that every vintage watch is unique and so is every client.
